Our Mission

To identify, support, and implement a healthy social exchange of civility ethics within any environment—restoring dignity and humanity to our shared lives.

How We Bring This To Life: Our 3-Step Process

Step 1: Identify

  • We assess environments where conflict, burnout, or disconnection is common—like correctional facilities, stressed workplaces, or underserved communities.

  • We gather data through conversations, surveys, and lived experiences to uncover the specific civility gaps and opportunities.

Step 2: Support

  • We work with individuals and organizations to develop self-awareness and responsibility.

  • We provide tools and training to empower people to choose kindness, reflect on behavior, and lead by example.

  • We support personal and professional growth by offering certifications in the following areas:

-Mental Health First Aid for Adults (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Older Adults (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Higher Education (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Corrections Professionals (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Fire/EMS Workers (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Military Members, Veterans and their Families (7.5 CEU's)

-Mental Health First Aid for Rural Communities (7.5 CEU's)

    -HIPPA National Certification (1.5 CEUs)

Step 3: Implement

  • We facilitate interactive workshops and training series that are engaging, healing, and accessible.

  • We build partnerships with businesses, correctional centers, schools, and community leaders to create long-term change.

  • We promote ongoing learning through digital platforms, a growing podcast, and public storytelling.

Who We Serve

Civil Living Helps Us…

  • Build healthier, more trusting relationships

  • Create stronger, more connected communities

  • Shape safe and inclusive spaces, both online and in real life

How Do We Bring It Back?

We begin by being more intentional:

  • With our words

  • With our tone

  • With how we engage—even in disagreement

We practice listening more openly. We speak with care. And when we’re met with rudeness or disrespect, we respond without mirroring it.

This doesn’t mean being passive. It means choosing to act with integrity, even when it’s hard.
